Getting Here

The festival and all of the activities that are a part of the event will take place in Downtown State College on the 200 Block of S. Allen Street-- this includes Schlow Library, Sidney Friedman Park, and Discovery Space.  (With the exception of the Penn State tours-- see below!)  Getting here is easy!

If you are Biking to the festival:

There are bike racks along the 100 and 200 blocks of S. Allen Street as well as along Beaver and College Avenues and in the Borough's Parking Garages.  (Please note: Cyclists are asked to dismount as they pass through the festival area.)

Check out the Centre Region Bicycle map to determine the best route to reach the festival.

If you are riding a CATA bus to the festival:

There are CATA stops near the festival at both College & Allen and at Beaver & Allen.  Check out the CATA Route map to determine the best route to reach the festival.

If you would like to tour the MorningStar Home and Eco-Machine on Porter Rd., the FREE Blue LOOP bus will pick up at the Corner of College and Allen to take you to the tours.  Check the route schedule to find out the times you can catch the loop.

If you are carpooling with your friends and family:

The Allen Street parking lot will be closed for the festival.  However, there is plenty of parking in the Downtown Garages, where you can park for $0.75 per hour.  Check out the Improvement District's Downtown Parking Map for the locations of these garages.
